How to Become Tax-Exempt with Buckleguy:

1. Create an account with Buckleguy if you have not already: Create Account
2. Log into your account and make sure the contact information for your business is complete and accurate
3. After ensuring your account info is up to date, please send an email to info@buckleguy.com with your account email
4. You will then be sent instructions in a separate email on how to proceed

Some Facts to Note About Sales Tax Collection:

• As of March 2020 Buckleguy is required by law to collect sales tax in several states due to the supreme court ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. made in 2018. In summary, the decision concludes states can mandate that businesses without a physical presence in a state with more than a certain number of transactions or total volume of sales in-state must collect and remit sales taxes on transactions in the state.
