International Returns:

To initiate a return from outside the United States please follow the steps below.

• Mark your packing slip with “Return for Refund”
• Include the packing slip in the box with the items to send back.
• Ship to the below address:

• Once received, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

*Please note: the original shipping cost is not refunded upon return of the product*

Some Facts to Note About Returns with Buckleguy:

• 30 Day Return Policy: If you return an item within 30 days, we will provide the refund to the original payment method equivalent to the price you paid for the item(s).
• Items must be in their original packaging and in new resalable condition.
• The following cannot be returned:
• Riri zipper tape and Riri odds and ends boxes
• Opened bags of Chicago screws, grommets, snap fasteners, and rivets.
• PDF templates.
• Strap cutting service for leather hides.
• Sinabroks tools
• Halley Stevensons Waxed Canvas
• Scrap boxes and low grade panels
• Large machinery will incur a restocking fee of 15% if returned.
• Buckleguy does not work with exchanges, so please place a new order for the items you need.
• Buckleguy does not refund the original cost of shipping
• Buckleguy aims to provide you with the refund/store credit within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your items back.
• **It is up to Buckleguy's discretion to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% on large returns**
