Buckleguy stocks a premium buffalo calf leather called Korba in a variety of colors and two weights: 2/2.5oz and 3/3.5oz. Our buff calf is highly burnishable, 100% vegetable tanned, and the colors are fully struck through. The characteristic that truly sets this leather apart is the degree at which it will burnish. The leather will burnish by rubbing the top grain that causes the oils to come to the surface making it shiny and lustrous. Buffalo calf hides are similar to that of traditional cow leather.
